Success MeasureHave received positive feedback from teachers and staff for actively approaching guests during open days and inspiring enthusiasm during tours.
Have been applying learned communication enhancement techniques during Business club events as well as other everyday activities in order to master them. Still figuring out my own Personal Brand.
Won the overall competition and gained hands-on experience of the use of social media for marketing purposes - created site, content... Learning through practice how to motivate different personality types. Successfully filled five vacant positions and gained invaluable insight into the working environment. Independent thinking and fast learning were a necessity - had to therefore do my own research and adapt to any situation fast (I had various tasks everyday ranging from grading tests to leading interviews).
Won the best presentation competition, experienced working under pressure of a tight deadline. Enhanced my confidence and communication skills through group discussions and presentations.
Increased Membership by 400%, gained three new partners. Helping other board members learn their strong sides and develop.
